notatherapy collects minimal data necessary to provide the service: your questionnaire responses (stored as scores, not raw text), your session identifier, and payment confirmation status. We do not collect names, email addresses, or personal identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them through the support channel.
Session data is stored in a secure Cloudflare D1 database. Your answers are recorded as aggregate scores mapped to profile types — the original text of your choices is not stored. Sessions that remain inactive for 90 days are automatically purged from the database.
If our system detects language that suggests you may be in crisis, a crisis intervention prompt is immediately displayed with helpline resources. The triggering text is logged solely for safety monitoring purposes and is not used for any other purpose. This data is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your emotional data is never monetized.
You may request deletion of your session data at any time by contacting us through the support page. We will process deletion requests within 72 hours.
